Rais confident ICJ decision favours M'sia

JOHOR BAHRU (Bernama) - Malaysia is confident that the decision by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague on the country's dispute with Singapore over ownership on Pulau Batu Puteh, Middle Rocks and South Ledge on May 23 would be in its favour.
